From art history to microbiology, faculty across WSU are using creative technologies to transform student learning. In this session, WSU faculty shared how they’ve partnered with the staff in the Nova Design Studio to bring innovative, hands-on experiences into their classrooms. Hallie Meredith discussed how 3D printing enhances student engagement in art history, while Mary Sánchez-Lanier shared how tangible models help students grasp complex microbiological concepts. Chris Lavoie and Jon Manwaring shared their experiences in helping faculty bring their ideas to life for students.
