August 2025 marked our inaugural new faculty teaching bootcamp. The week-long series of half-day workshops introduces new faculty to course design principles from the Teaching Toolkit, introduces teaching-related policies and resources at WSU, provides in-depth sessions for experienced instructors new to WSU, and connects participants with a community dedicated to reflective teaching.
Register now for our 2026 Teaching Bootcamp which will be held Aug 3-7th, 2026 from 9 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. each day. The Teaching Bootcamp is open to any faculty member, lecturer, or adjunct who joined WSU after Sept. 1, 2025.
